User Group Meeting
 

April 17-18, 2012 in Minneapolis, MN

The annual User Group Meeting is an excellent opportunity to see what’s new in WorkStudio 8.0, attend how-to training sessions, network with other users, and give direction on the coming year’s software development priorities.

This year’s breakout sessions for StakeOut users, Vegetation users, and system administrators will primarily focus on using 7.5 and 7.6. Feel free to bring your laptop. The General Session and the New Solutions track will feature capabilities available in WorkStudio 8.0 and planned for WorkStudio 8.1, including:

• The New InfoCenter
• Working with Jobs on the InfoCenter Map
• New Map Types (Bing, Open Street, WMS)
• Workflow Modeling
• Editing Staking Sheet Layouts
• Creating Simplified “Big Button” Layouts

Registration
Register by January 31, 2012 to take advantage of the 10% early-bird discount. Optional Immersion Classes are also available on the afternoon of Monday, April 16th. Registration includes conference materials, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the evening event on April 17th.

This year we are offering the following registration options:

• Full UGM Registration (Tuesday, April 17 – Wednesday, April 18) - $465 per person
• Tuesday or Wednesday Only - $250 per person
• Half-Day Immersion Classes (Monday, April 16 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.) - $220 per person
(The Immersion Classes offered this year will be Crystal Reports, Custom Form & Field Layout, and Beginner Scripting & Queries.)

Hotel
The meeting will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites – MSP Airport-Mall of America, located at 3 Appletree Square, Bloomington, MN. This hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport and is located on the Light Rail Transit system, which connects to the Mall of America, the airport, and Downtown Minneapolis.
