Bruce Gordon
President and CEO

Bruce Gordon comes to GeoDigital with more than 30 years of international software and technology senior management experience. Previous roles included SVP Business Solutions at ABB-Ventyx, Chief Technical Officer at Infor’s $2 billion software company, and Descartes Systems Group, where he was the Executive Vice President of Operations. Prior to Descartes, he was a business unit General Manager of Oracle Australia and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand for Dun & Bradstreet Software Services.

Connie Capone
Chief Financial Officer

Connie Capone is Chief Financial Officer at GeoDigital.  Connie is an accomplished investment and business professional, particularly with early stage technology companies. She has experience with companies that are growing quickly, as well as those needing a fresh perspective. She has led software companies GreenOhm (energy data) and ePropertyData (commercial real estate data). ePropertyData was merged after a turnaround creating a positive outcome for investors. Connie also spent two years as EIR (entrepreneur in residence) at Argonne National Laboratory, representing various venture capital firms’ interests in Lab technology. She has the unique perspective of sitting on both sides of the table, as she spent 11 years as a Partner at JK&B Capital, investing in early stage technology companies. Prior to all of this, she was a Senior Manager at Booz Allen & Hamilton and started her career at Price Waterhouse, initially as an Audit and then developing and installing SAP financial software. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University (Distinction and High Honors) and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Chris Thibodeau
Senior Vice President and General Manager of Autonomous Driving

Chris Thibodeau is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Autonomous Driving at GeoDigital. Thibodeau brings significant industry and innovation experience to GeoDigital as the company expands its digital roads and autonomous driving geospatial software business. Most recently, Thibodeau was Vice President and General Manager of Infotainment for the Americas at Harman International Industries, which markets audio and Infotainment systems to automakers and consumers. Before joining Harman, Thibodeau held executive level roles at both Ford and General Motors. At Ford, Thibodeau was responsible for Global Product Planning and Strategy – Electrical User Interface and Connectivity. At General Motors, Thibodeau was responsible for the design and development of the electrical architecture and systems engineering for “advanced, connected vehicles.” Thibodeau has a Masters in Engineering Management from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Manufacturing from Lawrence Institute of Technology.

Brett Kasten

For nearly a decade, Brett Kasten has connected T&D utility companies with innovative technology solutions to transform tired processes into best practices.  His high-performing account management teams are comprised of industry, technical, and customer oriented subject matter experts who utilize conceptual and consultative selling strategies to develop credible client relationships and develop high value deals.  Brett’s teams consistently achieve quotas by working closely with both new and existing clients to determine and develop their present needs, future needs, and gain a strong understanding of their objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes.

His extensive understanding of utility enterprise applications such as Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS/OMS), ERP, GIS, Work Management, SCADA, and Enterprise Asset Management are coupled with his background in Business Intelligence and Analytics to provide clients with blueprints for business transformation and tangible benefits.

Mr. Kasten joined GeoDigital in 2015 after Obvient Strategies was acquired by ABB, a $40 Billion power product & automation supplier.  At ABB, Obvient Strategies’ FocalPoint Solution became the industry standard for real time Outage Management and Asset Health analytics at over 50 utilities in North America.
